Effective compassion

I love it how Abraham-Hicks teach, that to be of true help to someone, we should first go to the Vortex regarding them (but to our own Vortex! but regarding them), and then hold this position both for us (mainly for us), and them.

Give yourself a moment of pause..

..before you decide to see the situation as NO MATTER, negative or positive. Give yourself the pause to recognize, that it’s you who assigns the meaning to it. Then see why you’re choosing this meaning.

And also, my favorite quote (again in my words): “you’re never NOT trusting something, you’re never DOUBTING anything. you’re always 100% trusting – just sometimes, you 100% trusting the doubt.”

Ok, so it’s just a carrot :))

There is something that I want to get. And somehow I had doubts regarding.. doesn’t matter, had doubts. Like, “is that all?” (OMG, but it’s MY vibrational reality, I can say what I want!)

And now this video by Bashar really brought the point: (in my words) “sometimes you wanting it, doesn’t mean you have to get IT, it may be a dangling carrot: the Universe just wants to get you moving in that direction, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that you should get the carrot.”

Releasing the feeling of guilt

First of all, in meditations, I love this sweet feeling of relief, when at the time of feeling guilt, I’m just making several meditational breaths – deeply in, and sweetly, slowly, concentrating on each bodily sensation, out… and then the weight on my shoulders is lighted..

the things I think I feel better from, these things feel so good because they’re a reflection, a manifestation of those good-feeling, relieved vibrations I came to!

it’s not the things I feel good from.. it’s what has manifested them.. OMG

Self-love and the mirror techniques

“look into your eyes and find there your Inner Being looking at you” – works for me quite well these days.

Earlier I tried Louise Hay’s technique, or at least how I understood it: looking in the mirror and trying to love all I see there. It was hard, I was so judging, that when it finished, I felt so bad..

Then I tried Louise Hay’s technique from “Heal Your Life”, looking in the mirror and just paying attention which feelings arise, which voices speak and if it’s similar to what my parents told me (by the way, I’ve got really loving parents, they are just perfectionists, like me :)).

And now, with this clip from Abraham-Hicks, I’m so basking in self love, both during listening to it, and after, when looking in the mirror..

I feel calmed, I feel loved, I feel loving, I feel this “love that IS self”..

Here’re some more citations from it that I so love:

“when you get it, that while it feels good to be loved, nothing feels better in all of the Universe, than to love.”

“as you look out with the intention of finding love, don’t look for love through their eyes, look for the connection through your eyes.”

I have not convinced Source not to love me. Source would never ever ever ever ever do that.’

Source maintains its absolute appreciation of you. And as you know that, maybe it will help you give yourself a little more of a break.

Maybe it will help you to acknowledge, ‘I’m in the perfect place relative to everything, even relative to self-love’.”
