Freedom of enjoying it

A trainer on Yoga now said, when we were holding some hard-to-keep position, “Instead of thinking, when it’s going to end, think and feel how much you’re enjoying it.”

And it worked!

And then I felt this tweaking of the focus, of attention, regarding what’s happening around.. One Yoga trainer said “Embrace the current moment, everything in it, as it is.” And Esther Hicks said, “I understood it now! Abraham teaches us not to fix the slowly going elevator, but to be okay with the elevator the way it is now.”

I felt this freedom of no matter which situation, feeling good there, enjoying it. Finding gold there (I mean gold as these golden sparks that I feel in things, when I’m focusing to enjoy them.. hard to explain, but maybe you can feel it?).
