Literally. :)

Yes, it may sound silly, and we could do it in our mind, but I discovered for myself what AH and Bashar say, that when I write, I tend to focus much closer, and then it really moves something.. I feel I start perceiving reality differently. It becomes more pleasant, and I become more appreciating. I acquire this feeling.. that life is actually not that bad.. even quite good.

So, if you’re up to it, choose your intention, depending on your set-point, mood, vibration now:
