40. Appreciating the day

After a popular idea of listing every evening 3 to 5 things that we liked during the day. Doesn’t have to happen in the evening. :)

Can be used with this inspiration or without.

I feel how the idea of these processes changes a bit for me: I add now processes that can be done most quickly, easily, they may not bring the biggest shift in our vibration, they just let us feel a bit better.

For me the idea also is to provide an alternative online, that would be ..raising, empowering, delightful, helpful: sometimes instead of thoughtless, frustrated roaming online, I can come here and align. Even a bit. I love these little reliefs.
