I call it my project?”
..reminding myself of that little tip Neale Donald Walsh gives in “Happier than God”: to replace blame with gratitude to God.. applying it to this situation.. recognizing, that gratitude would feel much better than blame.. applying it to this situation… starting to see it differently..
“Oh, thank God I have options.. I can behave that way and this way. I have diversity. I can choose from. I appreciate it. I really appreciate it.”
and then I have this sweet sweet feeling, life is good.. :)
Continuing the series, this I also have hung on my fridge. It’s created from Bashar’s teachings.
He speaks about it in one of the two his courses: Changing Core Beliefs or Beyond The Secret into Abundance. Don’t remember which one :) but both are highly recommended.
Part of the explanation you can hear here.
It helps me reboot like probably nothing else.
So, here’s the sheet I created as my fridge version: :)
Only my state of being matters.
What state of being
do I prefer?
Not this Or that –
this AND that.
My Present creates my Past. Here and now.
It, too, can be downloaded as PDF in Free Downloads section.
It’s from my own tools: I wrote it on a piece of paper and hung on my fridge.
Now every time I feel I’ve got a problem, I turn there and work my way through the sentences.
I spaced them to more easily focus on each sentence until I feel it, then move to the next one.
put something into my Vortex
and I can get it
when I connect to it.
Now, what is in my Vortex,
easily feelable?
Soon I’ll add it as a download in Free Downloads section.
“I want to know the fullness of who I am.
So guide me closer in every step today
to a fuller recognition
of what I’ve been asking for
and who I really am.”
It’s from a recent LIVE workshop by Abraham-Hicks: Abraham-Hicks LIVE Workshops Schedule.
It was amazing, it felt like Abraham was speaking directly to me all the time.. This piece was especially for me feeling sometimes a sharp feeling of unworthiness when I’m next to my godly boyfriend:
[it starts with, don’t blame yourself for feeling this, rather, say to yourself:]
“later-gater
I don’t have to figure this out now
things are getting better with me all the time
this new relationship is a reflection of who I really am
this new relationship is much more about what I want, than about what I don’t want
I had to be in a very good place or I couln’t have attracted this
things are working out very well for me
I never get it done and it is never wrong
it is just me figuring it out
and I’m having way more fun than I had in a long time
and I’ve made the right decision in order to this
if it weren’t right, it wouldn’t feel this good
there isn’t anything for me to fix
there’re many things that I’m looking forward to becoming, but I don’t have to do any of them this red hot minute
for now I’m well pleased with who I am and what I’ve come to
this relationship is a reflection of all of that
I’m doing really well
I’m so happy with myself”
Feels like a very gentle and productive focus wheel. :) Thank you, Abraham :) and Jerry, and Esther. :)
