is a daily practice of letting go
of who we think we’re supposed to be
and embracing who we are.” ~ Brene Brown

“You create your reality in two ways:

by the statements you say to yourself and others,
and by the questions you ask yourself and others.” ~ Noah St. John

“Take the “affirmation” “I am rich” – to which the brain replies “Yeah, right!” What would the QUESTION be?

“Why am I so rich?”
Try it. Ask yourself: “Why am I so rich?”

What’s your brain doing right now? Searching for an answer to the QUESTION!”

How interesting.

It is an interesting method, and I do feel that I have less resistance to the afformative question (it’s said that Noah St. John called these questions afformations from Latin “formare”, to form), yet I still feel that this, too, should be used with caution: when these afformations are formulated generally, I feel, they activate less resistance, but being formulated in details, still activates the wrong end of it. So I will surely use this method, but as always, listening to my beloved, loving, Inner Being, Inner GPS, amazing All That Is guidance. :)

“We did not all come to be alike.

We did not all come to be alike.
We came as a diverse bunch of Non-Physical Energies
wanting different experiences.” ~ AH

How wonderful to feel the richness of it.

Feels important to me

From Amazon’s book description: “In this inspiring and humorous book, John suggests that saying F**k It is the perfect Western expression of the Eastern spiritual ideas of letting go, giving up and finding real freedom by realising that things don’t matter so much (if at all). It’s a spiritual way that doesn’t require chanting, meditating, wearing sandals or eating pulses. And it’s the very power of this modern-day profanity that makes it perfect for shaking us Westerners out of the stress and anxiety that dominate our meaning-full lives.

So, find out how to say F**k It to all your problems and concerns. Say F**k It to all the ‘shoulds’ in your life and finally do what you want to do, no matter what other people think.”

“Don’t make where you are too big of a deal.

Let it be what it is:
It’s a moment in time where you have the choice
to feel good or feel bad.
That’s all that it ever is.” ~ AH

“A mature person does not fall in love, he or she rises in love.

Only immature people fall; they stumble and fall down in love. Somehow they were managing and standing. Now they cannot manage and they cannot stand. They were always ready to fall on the ground and to creep. They don’t have the backbone, the spine; they don’t have the integrity to stand alone.

Immature people falling in love destroy each other’s freedom, create a bondage, make a prison. Mature persons in love help each other to be free; they help each other to destroy all sorts of bondages. And when love flows with freedom, there is beauty. When love flows with dependence, there is ugliness.

A mature person has the integrity to stand alone. And when a mature person gives love, he or she gives without any strings attached to it. When two mature persons are in love, one of the great paradoxes of life happens, one of the most beautiful phenomena: they are together and yet tremendously alone. They are together so much that they are almost one. Two mature persons in love help each other to become more free. There is no politics involved, no diplomacy, no effort to dominate. Only freedom and love.” ~ Osho
