Make a decision that it will benefit you

“‘Make more decisions about what?’ our friend asks. Make more decisions about everything. In other words, as you are getting into your car, make a decision that you will enjoy your ride to wherever you are going. As you turn on the radio, make a decision that you will find something that is stimulating and uplifting. As you make a telephone call, make a decision that you will get your point across and that you will uplift the person with whom you interact.

As you order your food, make a decision that it will benefit you in all ways. That it will fuel you and satisfy you in every way. As you put yourself in your bed, make a decision that you are going to rest well and you are going to wake up refreshed. As you pick up a book, make a decision that you will glean something from it of benefit. As you turn on the television, make a decision that you will find something that will satisfy some question that you have been asking. As you go to a gathering, make a decision that you will glean something from it that will be beneficial and that you will give something to it that will be beneficial. In other words, make more decisions.

So many of you are so sure that somebody else is controlling your life that you just blunder through life guarded. In other words, what’s your goal? ‘To stay out of trouble.’ What’s your goal in life? ‘Well, to avoid disease and stay out of bankruptcy and to hopefully not get too bad of a relationship going.’ Most of the decisions we hear from you are what you don’t want, where what you are wanting to talk about is what you DO want.”

Such a relief

“Are you understanding that appreciation and self-love is the most important tool that you could ever nurture, that the appreciation of others and the appreciation of yourself is the closest vibrational match to your Source energy of anything that we have ever witnessed?

When you are appreciating or when you are loving or when you are acknowledging the value of something, you are in that moment a vibrational match to the Source that is truly you.

Do not worry about where you are at any point in time. Don’t take score and beat up on yourself. Just make a decision that from right here where I stand I’m going to reach for the thought that feels the very best of anything I have access to, and understand that your Inner Being is adoring you, always….”

Wonderful meditation

I’m adding it to newly created page Meditations

A twist on Focus Wheeling, that helps me A LOT! :)

Hi all,

I want to share with you the way I’m doing focus wheel-ing, Positive Aspects and finding-the-Vortex-feeling, all at once.

It started with me wanting to find a more effective, easy, pleasant way to do the focus wheels. And oh do I love this new way :)

I take a paper and put it landscape-like. Then divide it to three columns:
Focus wheel: (the left one)
What’s good now: (the middle one) and
In the Vortex: (the right one).

Then I start filling it, in whatever column feels easier now. For example, on health, in the left column I write line after line, what I would write in the “real”, cirlcled, focus wheel. In the middle I write all that is good in my life now, it doesn’t have to be on health!

Sometimes, it’s much easier to start in this middle column, writing all kinds of good things in my life, not related to health at all – sometimes, when I’m really down, I just start to write all I see around me – grass green, trees beautiful, I’m going in a transport I love the speed of, etc. And at some point, “a tipping point” :)), I suddenly feel some relief with a thought on health, that I can write to the left column (the Focus Wheel).

To the right column (In the Vortex), after listening the Guided Meditations CD, I add “(what I’m supposed to satisfy)” :) meaning, “you’re supposed to satisfy your dreams” :))

And I write there all how I feel and what’s in the Vortex on my subject of health: “I feel healthy, sure, confident both in my now and my future. I feel vibrant, I feel so much energy, I’m walking uphill and feel so thrilled by my body’s ease in it. I feel calm and sure. All my body’s experiences bring me joyful thoughts. I love me, we’re in harmony – me and my body. I’m free to decide what to do. I’m acting on my inspiration. I’m absolutely healthy and I know it.”

Sometimes, when I’m doing these tables day by day on the same subject of health, I feel “nu, why to write again the same things in The Vortex column”, but then I remember how many times I’m thinking “bad” thoughts during the day, and write again the same with much more desire. :)

I just found that it’s so easier for me, to do it this way. In the end, I’m just looking for, finishing every column – so that they all be filled.

Other things that I sometimes do during filling the focus wheel, it eases a lot:

* breathing deeply;
* giving myself Reiki;
* reading over what’s in The Vortex circle or column;
* asking myself “Do I choose to be unhappy or happy now?”
* deciding “I’m NOT going to try to fix the situation now, I’m going to enjoy it TO THE FULLEST!”
* asking myself “Do I attempt to improve the situation now in order for me to look at it improved and feel better? There is a simpler way”

And which twists on Focus Wheeling do you have? Please share!!

Love to you all!!!!

ABC Game

g – getting it! :)

ABC Game continued

Continuing the ABC Game.

I heard in one clip, that Esther adds to it “When I’m in the Vortex, I feel..”: it makes the feeling much more real. And indeed :) so here we are:

a – I feel admiring & admired, appreciating, adorable, adored, adoration (I love to repeat it.. such a wonderful feeling), amazed, amping-up-on-my-excitement :)

b – I feel blessed, I’m basking, I’m beautiful, I feel beauty (everywhere)

c – I feel creative, calm, confident

d – I feel dear, darling, desire-as-recognition-of-new-possibilities

e – I feel ease, excitement (that amazing spark within), elation, emotional, emerged, embraced, embracing

f – I feel friendly, I feel fucked :), I feel family, flowers-greeting-me-from-everywhere, fulfilled

g – I feel gorgeous, I feel good, I feel Goddess :), gem, gentle, generous, giggling, gravitating-naturally-to-good-feeling-things

h – I feel harmonious, happy, hilarious
…
s – I feel sure, secure, smiles, success, sifting-through-life-without-fear-being-on-top-of-the-world, satisfied

to be continued :)

Playing new game!

Abraham suggests new game:

The game is going through the alphabet, giving on each letter a good-feeling word (a Vortex feeling word).

I tried it in the evening, it felt really good! :) It also let me feel how sensitive I am to different words. Sometimes, when I couldn’t find immediately the best feeling word for the letter, I started with some word, and then worked my way up, comparing it to other words I thought of. But the feeling.. the feeling of it is so good. I like it. :)

Here’re some of my words:

a – allowing, alignment, abundant, appreciating, amusing, amazing
b – beautiful, bright, basking, being
c – caring, colorful
d – dreams, delicate
e – eager, enamored eyes :)
f – frisky
g – gorgeous
j – jumpy
i – in-love :)
k – knowing, kittenish
m – mighty, may, melody, mur-muring :)
n - nature, nirvana
o - omnipotent, orgasmic
p – powerful, pleasure
r – relief, romantic
s – simple, sweet, sunny, skipping, silly
x – Xmas
