How to release it simpler

(“320 What to say when you are tapping? Feelings have no words! Tap on what you know and let it go ~ FasterEFT”: video)

I love that it becomes the path of least resistance: no need to figure out how to formulate the EFT words. And I loved the “Peace” at the end. Can be used everywhere, actually :)

What if

all happening is always only a springboard?

p.s. from the post revelation I was reminded of below,

“it’s how you use it.
And that’s why we simply say, circumstances don’t matter – not to discount them,
but to let you know it’s what meaning you decide to give them,
that determines, what effect you can extract from them.” ~ Bashar

From Amazon’s book description: “In this inspiring and humorous book, John suggests that saying F**k It is the perfect Western expression of the Eastern spiritual ideas of letting go, giving up and finding real freedom by realising that things don’t matter so much (if at all). It’s a spiritual way that doesn’t require chanting, meditating, wearing sandals or eating pulses. And it’s the very power of this modern-day profanity that makes it perfect for shaking us Westerners out of the stress and anxiety that dominate our meaning-full lives.

So, find out how to say F**k It to all your problems and concerns. Say F**k It to all the ‘shoulds’ in your life and finally do what you want to do, no matter what other people think.”

“Don’t make where you are too big of a deal.

Let it be what it is:
It’s a moment in time where you have the choice
to feel good or feel bad.
That’s all that it ever is.” ~ AH

One of my favorite songs :)

(“Katie Noonan ~ Crazy”: video)

“To live like everything is a miracle, or like nothing is” :)

“A mature person does not fall in love, he or she rises in love.

Only immature people fall; they stumble and fall down in love. Somehow they were managing and standing. Now they cannot manage and they cannot stand. They were always ready to fall on the ground and to creep. They don’t have the backbone, the spine; they don’t have the integrity to stand alone.

Immature people falling in love destroy each other’s freedom, create a bondage, make a prison. Mature persons in love help each other to be free; they help each other to destroy all sorts of bondages. And when love flows with freedom, there is beauty. When love flows with dependence, there is ugliness.

A mature person has the integrity to stand alone. And when a mature person gives love, he or she gives without any strings attached to it. When two mature persons are in love, one of the great paradoxes of life happens, one of the most beautiful phenomena: they are together and yet tremendously alone. They are together so much that they are almost one. Two mature persons in love help each other to become more free. There is no politics involved, no diplomacy, no effort to dominate. Only freedom and love.” ~ Osho

Beautiful one, on looking for a partner

(“Searching for a Life Partner ~ Mooji”: video)

“Use your time to really have some undisturbed time to focus on your own self, be secure in yourself. So that when the time comes, when life brings you one who is suited to you – This is the gift in fact! You don’t have to go searching! – someone will come, unexpectedly. But you will recognize somehow inside.. And then you will bring into this your fullness. What a beautiful thing!”
