6. Focus delight (validation, “results”)

Step 1

It’s painful. I’m doing what I want to do, yes, but I see no results that I want to see.

What if it’s such a stage in walking up the vibrational ladder: first it’s a relief, then ideas are coming, but no energy to implement them, then I feel I want to do things, but no physical results are coming yet?

What if the physical results come not from my physical action, but from my vibration, and my vibration is not in a place yet where it can be that physical?

Step 2

Maybe the actions just were wrong?

What if the actions were right, but it’s such a stage, level?

What if it doesn’t matter at all what I do physically, since the results come from my vibration?

What if it doesn’t matter what I do as long as what I do feels good?

What if it doesn’t matter what I do as long as I feel good?

Step 3

What if it would be better if I didn’t do what I did?

I would feel better in not doing it.

I felt so strongly the urge to do it, that I would feel worse if I refrained from doing it.

Step 4

What if it is the message of this stage, to learn to wait until the action is right?

What if it’s the message of this stage, to learn to allow myself actions that feel good, even if they seemingly bring no results?

What if it’s the message of this stage, to learn to allow myself actions that feel good, even if they seemingly bring no results yet?

What if it’s the message of this stage, to learn to allow myself actions that feel good, even if they never bring any result?

Step 5

My goal in life is to do what’s right and feel good from knowing that.

My goal in life is to do what I’m pleased to do.

My goal in life is to do what I’m pleased to do, knowing that it’s exactly what I came to do.

My goal in life is to do what I’m pleased to do and know that I’m only going to benefit from it.

My pleasure in life is to do what I want to do, and my goal in life is my pleasure.

My pleasure in life is to do what I enjoy doing, and my goal in life is enjoying it as much as I can.

My pleasure in life is to do what I enjoy doing, and my goal in life is enjoying it to the fullest.

I love doing what I enjoy doing, and it would be nice to know that I would benefit from it.

I wonder if me loving to do something, means anything..

What if when I love doing something, it’s a signal from Source that this action is also good for me?

Step 6

My loving to do something means it’s something I shouldn’t be doing.

My loving to do something doesn’t mean anything.

My loving to do something means I’m benefiting from it both immediately and in the long term.

Step 7

My loving to do something means I’m benefiting from it, even if I don’t see any physical results from it.

My loving to do something means I’m benefiting from it, even if I don’t see any physical results from it, but I have to make up my mind first that it’s a benefiting activity.

My loving to do something means I’m benefiting from it, even if I don’t see any physical results from it, and I can stop worrying that it’s not going to benefit me.

My loving to do something means I’m benefiting from it, even if I don’t see any physical results from it, and I can relax into knowing that it’s benefiting me both now and in the long term.

Step 8

When I’m doing what I love doing, I’m closing.

When I’m doing what I love doing, I’m opening.

Step 9

There’re authoritative people saying I have to pay attention if the action I choose brings measurable results, otherwise I must look for a different action.

These people don’t understand vibration.

My Inner Being is and should be more authoritative for me, than any people outside of me.

I don’t have to justify my choice of action to anyone.

What if, even if I pay attention to their words, I can even agree with them – it’s just the term of measurable results, that is different for us?

Step 10

Measurable results I should pay attention to, are physical results.

Measurable results I should pay attention to, are my emotions.

Step 11

I didn’t have to worry now, the physical results will come.

It’s good that I paid attention to my frustration now, as I loved something very valuable just now.

What if this learning is an exact and valid part of the process, too?

Ain’t I loving this life. :)

It’s amazing. :)

Step 12

I will act whenever I see it can bring physical results.

I will act whenever I see it can improve my emotion.

I will act whenever I cannot not to act and still feel good. :)

I will act whenever I choose to act.

I don’t have to know it all now.

I’ll figure it out as I go.

I’ll continue figuring it out as I go.

Life is amazing. :)

Step 13

What do I have to do now?

What do I want to do now?

Step 14

Feeling I have to do something is a feeling I should follow.

Feeling I have to do something is an indication of vibration of lack.

Feeling I enjoy doing something is an indication of vibration of abundance.

Step 15

I must listen to the obligation.

I must listen to joy.

It’s better for me to listen to joy, and from my feeling of obligation I can learn something.

Step 16

If a path is easier, it’s an indication of a wrong path.

If a path is easier, it’s an indication of a better path.

Step 17

If I want to act, I should wait for this action to be right.

If it’s joy for me to act, I can act.

If it’s joy for me to act, I can act, but I have to keep finger on the pulse regarding the physical results.

If it’s joy for me to act, I can act, the joy takes care of everything.

All I have to keep my finger on, is that I feel good, relieved, joyous, blessed, worthy. If it feels good to act, I can act, and then again check my emotions. That’s my path. That’s my tuning in, to the best of what me and my Source have been creating together. And I know how to do it.

And I’m doing it. :)

Now, if you’re feeling any better, celebrate it! :)

Give yourself credit for it.

Bask in this sweet relief, this renewed confidence, this easiness of being.
